A lover of nature, Florence studies the forests of the world. Growing up, her favorite book was Muir's My First Summer In The Sierra. She read it until the binding came apart. She still carries it around with her to this day, as her journey takes her to the majestic redwoods of California, the soaring kapok trees of Amazonia, the beautiful ramón trees in the Caribbean, the xate in Belize, and the ipê of Central America. All around the world, she advocates for forests, proclaiming the precious work they do in rebalancing and regulating our global climate. She understands that we need trees, much more than they need us, which is why she's spreading her message to the world. Love, compassion, and a better planet for all, that's her sincere commitment and deepest passion.
