Once ordered, our gift cards are delivered directly to their recipient via email. Better yet, they are available for immediate use and have no additional processing fees. Magnifique!

Shop our Joie de Viv online store and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag. Once you are done shopping, head to the checkout page. Enter your gift card code in the “gift card or discount code” field and click “apply”. You will see your gift card balance deducted from the order total. If the order total is greater than your gift card balance, you will see a newly discounted order total for which you may now pay for via your selected payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc…). If your order total is less than your gift card balance, your gift card will be used to pay for the complete purchase amount and the remaining balance will remain on your gift card to be used at a later date. Gift cards cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions. In addition, only one gift card may be applied per order.

Joie de Viv gift cards can be used as a form of payment towards purchases made online at www.joiedeviv.com. When used, the amount of each purchase will be deducted from the gift card’s total value until it has been depleted of funds. If you choose to return an item for which you used a gift card to purchase, the credit will appear on your Joie de Viv online profile for use towards future Joie de Viv online purchases. When using gift cards to complete a purchase, you cannot select or determine a specific dollar amount to apply towards any purchase that represents a value lesser than the total price for the item you wish to purchase. For example, if you are purchasing an item worth $300, and have a gift card with a balance of $100, you cannot choose to use $50 from the gift card towards your purchase. In this example, the full $100 gift card balance will be applied towards the $300 purchase price leaving you with a balance of $200 to pay for via your selected payment method.

Gift cards cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions. In addition, only one gift cards may be applied per order. Gift cards are valid only in the currency they were issued.

Gift cards cannot be reloaded with funds nor used to purchase additional gift cards. Once a gift card balance has been used completely, it is no longer active.

Joie de Viv is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift card or gift card codes. Gift cards cannot be replaced, reissued or redeemed for cash or applied to credit card balances.

Joie de Viv reserves the right to reject, void or cancel any gift card at any time if deemed to have been obtained fraudulently or illegally.

Your use of any Joie de Viv gift card constitutes your agreement and acceptance to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
